Justin РOn April 23, I would have taken my last breathe here on earth, and my legacy would have been that I died of a heroin overdose at the age of 24, weeks away from my 25th birthday on May 22.

But God had a different plan, he guided me to the doors of Teen Challenge Vermont, he gave me a second chance, a chance that I can accomplish the most I can while I am here, when I do die I want to be first described as a man of God. I live by a new lifestyle today through faith, food, fitness, focus, and friends. I have been clean and sober from drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes for 12 months and take health extremely serious, I eat organic whole foods and exercise everyday with no compromises.

See yesterday is gone, tomorrow is never promised, today is a gift, that’s why its called the present.
