Justin – On April 23, I would have taken my last breath here on earth, and my legacy would have been that I had died of a heroin overdose at the age of 24, just weeks away from my 25th birthday on May 22.
But God had a different plan. He guided me to the doors of Teen Challenge Vermont, and gave me a second chance. A chance to accomplish the most I can while I am here. When I do die, I want to be first described as a man of God. I live by a new lifestyle today, through faith, food, fitness, focus, and friends. I have been clean and sober from drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes for 12 months and take health extremely serious, I eat organic whole foods and exercise everyday with no compromises.
See, Yesterday is gone, Tomorrow is never promised, Today is a gift, that’s why it’s called the present.
